All items Sell AS IS WHERE IS no warranties give or applied. All items must be paid for and picked up on designated pick up dates or a 10$ late fee will be added to your final bill. If items are not picked up within 3 days they will become property of said auction service. If you do not pay for your items within 4 days your on file credit card will be ran. Please bring your own help and packing supplies to load and handle your items. The auction company nor its staff are responsible for broken or misplaced items. Pick up times are Friday 2PM to 5PM and Saturday 9AM to 12 Noon. Shipping is available through a THIRD PARTY shipper at the buyers EXSPENSE. Our shipping partner is Dale,(217-414-5576) he will contact you after he secures YOUR paid purchased items from Mike Ryan Auction Company. You will pay Dale all the shipping cost Directly. A 15% buyers premium fee added to each buyers successful bid. For credit card users a 3% cc fee will be added to each buyers successful bid.
