Detailed Terms & Conditions:
1. About Amaze Deal Corp :
Welcome to Amaze Deal Corp Inc! Our primary goal is to provide access to high-quality products at competitive prices. We operate as an online auction platform, offering a diverse range of items, including electronics, household goods, health & beauty products, home and kitchen appliances, tools, and more. Our inventory consists of both sealed and open-box items, primarily sourced from customer returns, overstock shelf pulls, and unclaimed packages from reputable online retailers. Each item is carefully inspected by our team to ensure proper working condition and accurate descriptions. We strive to provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any inquiries or concerns.
2. Registration Process:
To ensure accurate payment processing, please verify your credit card information. The billing address on your card must match our records. Your Hibid reputation score will determine your eligibility to bid. If your score is below 0 or if there are negative notes from other auctioneers, a refundable deposit of $100 CAD will be required. The deposit will be refunded if you do not win the auction or applied to your invoice if you win. During registration, you may also indicate your preferred payment method (Debit/Cash/E-transfer). Please note that requesting shipping during registration does not automatically initiate the shipping process (refer to Section 7).
3. Bidding Guidelines:
Once a bid is placed, it is final and cannot be reversed. Please bid carefully. If you fail to adhere to this policy, Section 8 may apply. You can inquire about any items during the auction using the "Contact Auctioneer" button. Responses may be delayed on weekends due to our closure on Saturdays and Sundays. However, queries will be addressed promptly on weekdays.
3.1 Reserve Fee:
A reserve fee is applied to safeguard the seller, ensuring the item is not sold for less than its value. If the bidding does not meet or exceed the reserve fee, the item may remain unsold.
4. Invoices & Clerking:
Invoices will be generated within 24 hours of the auction's closure. These invoices will provide detailed information about the item(s) you won, including item quantity, description, payment breakdown (including Total Extended Price, Buyer’s Premium [16% auction fee] , Tax [13%], and Invoice Total).
5. Payment Requirements:
We do not accept credit card payments over $500. For payments exceeding this amount, please use debit, e-transfer, or wire transfer.
Payment for won items is due within 24 hours after the auction closes. If your card is declined, it is your responsibility to resolve the issue and clear the outstanding balance. "By accepting our terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agree that we may request a valid photo ID and credit card information for verification purposes."
Failure to meet payment requirements may result in your items being classified as abandoned and could lead to restrictions on future bidding. We accept payment via E-transfer to amazedeals123@gmail.com. Please include your invoice number in the transfer description. If you prefer to pay in cash during pick-up, please indicate this during registration.
• A 16% buyer’s premium plus applicable HST will be added to all winning bids.
6. Pick-up & Holding Process:
Pick-up times are Monday to Saturday, from 11 AM to 6 PM. If these times are inconvenient, please arrange for shipping or an alternative pick-up option. You may authorize a third party to collect items on your behalf by emailing amazedeals123@gmail.com. Items will only be released to individuals whose names match the invoice or authorized representatives. You are welcome to visit us without an appointment Tuesday to Saturday, between 11 AM and 5 PM.
Items can be held for one week due to space limitations. After one week, any uncollected items will be considered abandoned and will become the property of Amaze Deal Corp. These items will be included in our next auction for resale.
If an item cannot be found during pick-up, we will contact you for an update. If the item remains unlocated, we will offer either a credit or refund.
7. Shipping Details:
We offer shipping services with fees starting from $24+Tax, depending on the weight and size of the package. We will not offer shipping to USA, We do not accept USA bidders to participate in our Auction. To request shipping, you must submit your request within one week of the auction close. We recommend submitting requests on Mondays for efficient processing. Shipments are typically dispatched between Wednesday and Friday.
8. Returns & Credits:
• All items are sold "as is," "where is," with no guarantees or warranties. Amaze Deal Corp Inc. makes no representations or warranties regarding the property, including but not limited to its description, authenticity, source, origin, condition, or any other aspect. If the product is marked "AS IS," returns or refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances. Please refer to the in-house photos for a detailed reference of the item you will receive. You will only receive what is shown in the in-house photos. By placing a bid, you assume all risks associated with purchasing these items.
• No returns or refunds. All sales are final unless an incorrect listing occurred. Incorrect listings must be reported within 5 days of item pickup or 5 days after delivery if shipped. Return requests made after this period will not be accepted. If an item does not match its description, we will issue an in-house credit for future purchases for any discrepancies with the product. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.
• Restocking Fee & Handling: A restocking fee of 25% and a $10 handling fee may apply for accepted returns.
• Returned Merchandise Auction: Since this is a returned merchandise auction, items may be missing parts, used, damaged, or may not match the box. Some items may be in perfect condition.
• 9. Liability & Indemnification:
Amaze Deal Corp. will not be liable or responsible for damage or injury to individuals or their property. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Amaze Deal Corp., the seller, and their representatives harmless from any claims, losses, expenses, damages, or liabilities arising from any act, including negligence, by Amaze Deal Corp. or any of its affiliates
