BUYERS PREMIUM: A 5% Buyer's Premium will be added to all online purchases (does not apply to in-person bidding), plus 3.5% for credit card payments or $15 wire transfer fee and ACH payments are welcome free of charge. PAYMENT: Cash or check will be accepted at the end of the auction, or pay with the credit card that was used to register with or wire transfer or ACH payment. NO CHECKS TO BE MAILED. IF YOU CAN NOT GET US A CHECK BY MONDAY THEN YOU HAVE TO MAKE CC PAYMENT, WIRE TRANSFER OR ACH PAYMENT. 5% Buyer's Premium will be added to all online purchases (does not apply to in-person bidding) plus 3.5% for credit card charges & $15 for wire transfer, depending on the type of payment. Sales tax of 5.5% applies unless tax exempt form is provided. Payment must be made prior to the end of the next business day. Failure to do so will result in your card you registered with being charged, forfeiture of your items and possible ban from future online auctions. TITLES: Titles will be mailed to buyer within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. In the event the item was paid for by check, then that check must clear the bank prior to the title being mailed. NO EXCEPTIONS PICKUP/REMOVAL: All online purchases must be removed by July 6 2025, but not before payment. If you cannot make the end of the auction load out/check out, arrangements need to be made with Zalesky prior to bidding. Any items left after that date will be considered forfeited. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. A loder will be availalbe ONLY if you make arrangements ahead of time and will need a couple days notice at a minimum but more notice is appreciated.. DO NOT BID IF CANNOT PICK UP YOUR ITEM BY JULY 6, 2025. SHIPPING: No Shipping CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description. Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Zalesky Realty & Auction LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding.
