Terms: Cash, good check with proper ID, credit or debit cards. There is a 15% buyer's commission and 6% MD sales tax. Everything is sold in "AS IS" condition. All sales are final. Payment for purchases must be made immediately by contacting Auctioneer once you receive an invoice by email. Removal is by appointment starting 9am Thursday 12 June 2025. All items must be paid for and picked up by Monday 16 June 2025, NO EXCEPTIONS. Contact auctioneer with questions at least 48hrs prior to auction closing.
Pick-up hours are BY APPOINTMENT as follows:
Thursday 12 June: 9am-5pm
Friday 13 June: 2pm-5pm
Saturday 14 June: 12pm-5pm
Monday 16 June: 12pm-5pm
Caveat Emptor. All merchandise is sold "as is, where is." Descriptions are believed to be correct but are not guaranteed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ascertain the condition and authenticity of an item before bidding. If there is any question, buyer must ask auctioneer within 48hrs prior to auction. Once an item is sold, the winning bidder becomes the owner of the item immediately at the close of the bid. Auctioneer will not give refunds.
A credit card is required for registering to bid. All registration requests are pending until approved by Auctioneer. If a purchase is made, the credit card WILL NOT be automatically charged for purchases. You must contact the Auctioneer to make arrangements for payment. There is a 15% buyer's commission for all internet bidding. Payment is due immediately. Payment methods include cash, money order, cashier's check or check with bank letter of credit or approved by auctioneer, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover. Payment must be received within 3 days after the sale.
Reserve Price: Some lots may be offered subject to a reserve. A reserve is a confidential minimum price below which such lot will not be sold. Auctioneer will act to protect the reserve by bidding. The auctioneer may open the bidding on any lot below the reserve by placing a bid on behalf of the Seller and may continue to bid on behalf of the Seller up to the amount of the reserve.
Absentee Bids: Just because you have left an absentee bid for a certain amount does not mean you will ultimately win the item if it is sold at that amount. Our auctioneer takes bids from all parties including absentee and on-line bidders. We try to ensure that all bids are represented equally.
The highest qualified Bidder recognized by the Auctioneer shall be the buyer. Auctioneer's decision and declaration of the winning Bidder shall be final and binding upon all Bidders. Bids properly offered, whether by floor bidder or other means of bidding, may on occasion be missed or go unrecognized; in such cases, the Auctioneer may declare the recognized bid accepted as the winning bid, regardless of whether a competing bid may have been higher.
