There is only one chair that is the captain's chair. The item has a patent plate on it. The table was patented November 15, 1910. The table was licensed under the BROWN patent. No Shipping on Item.

Due to the numerous items being sold during this online auction, space inside the house is limited. ## Important Guidelines: Everyone is encouraged to view the items and exit the house promptly once they have seen what they wish to buy. Parking is also limited. This is not an Estate Sale; the preview does not permit the purchase of any items. All items have been cataloged and are prepared for auction. Any items removed from the estate will be considered stolen, and a police report will be filed. Checkout Date/Time The checkout schedule is set for June 14, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and on June 15, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Buyers are responsible for bringing their own assistance for larger items, as well as their own boxes and packing materials for fragile items. The Buyer will be charged the full sale amount regardless of whether they collect the item.
