Due to the numerous items being sold during this online auction, space inside the house is limited. ## Important Guidelines: Everyone is encouraged to view the items and exit the house promptly once they have seen what they wish to buy. Parking is also limited. This is not an Estate Sale; the preview does not permit the purchase of any items. All items have been cataloged and are prepared for auction. Any items removed from the estate will be considered stolen, and a police report will be filed. No food, beverages, pets, unaccompanied children, large bags, or bulky clothing are allowed inside the house.
Checkout Date/Time The checkout schedule is set for June 14, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and on June 15, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Buyers are responsible for bringing their own assistance for larger items, as well as their own boxes and packing materials for fragile items. The Buyer will be charged the full sale amount regardless of whether they collect the item. Refunds will not be issued for items that remain unpicked by the designated deadline provided by this auction company.

S Munshaw Auction & Appraisal Service LLC currently only accepts credit card payments. At the conclusion of each auction, the buyer's card will be charged. A 15% buyer's premium will be included, along with applicable sales tax, added to the total amount due. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for accidental bids. Only a limited number of items will be available for shipping from this auction. The auction company will ship only those items specifically marked for shipping. All other items must be collected on the designated "Pick-Up" dates or "Checkout" dates. The buyer will incur shipping and handling fees for any items requested to be shipped by the auction company. The charges are as follows: $5.00 for small boxes, $10.00 for medium boxes, $15.00 for large boxes, and $20.00 for extra-large boxes.
