Our auctions consist of new, overstock, undeliverable, and used/slightly used customer returns merchandise. Items may come in new, damaged, and non-original packaging. Our merchandise may include patio furniture, small kitchen/household appliances, lighting fixtures, small furniture, electronics, and more. No Shipping! All items have descriptions showing the condition of the items and actual pictures of all items. Please see all item descriptions and pictures before bidding on an item.
By registering for this auction you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. Payments: Immediately after the closing of each auction we will process your payment method on file for any lots you have won. This will include a 15% buyer's premium and state sales tax. You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your paid invoice. HiBid gives you the option to store multiple cards in your profile. When registering for each auction you can select the card you would like charged registering for the auction. We will not accept any other form of payment other than the one thru HiBid. Failure to pay any balances owed to Smart Source Auctions will result in a permanent ban from bidding at any and all locations until the balance owed is paid in full. By submitting a bid you are agreeing to pay that amount plus any applicable fees to Smart Source Auctions. Please note: If the pickup days have already passed and items have already been forfeited, the buyer is still responsible for paying any open balances before they are allowed to bid again. Tax exemptions: If you are tax exempt please submit a completed Form 01-339 from the Texas comptroller’s website to our email BEFORE 6pm on the day of the auction. If the customers submits the form after payment has already been collected and requests a refund, a 5% processing fee will apply to the amount being refunded. Pickups: Pickups are at 1306 FM 1092 RD STE 406, Missouri City, TX 77459. Items cannot be paid for or picked up until the auction is complete in its entirety. Once the auction has completed, and the invoices have been created you will receive an emailed copy of your invoice indicating that you are a winning bidder. You will receive this email typically one hour after the auction has concluded. We have 3 days for pickups for each auction, Saturday from 9am-2pm, Monday 12-6pm and Tuesday 12-4pm We are closed on Sundays. Our doors open and close exactly at the times posted, customers who arrive before our posted opening time or after our posted closing time will be turned away. Please plan accordingly. Items not picked up within these 3 days following the end of the auction will be considered abandoned and will be forfeited by the buyer. By agreeing to these terms you agree to pickup your items within the 3 days posted for the specific auction, if you do not pick up you agree to surrender the items back to Smart Source Auctions with no refunds for said items. Under no circumstances will we be issuing a refund for abandoned lots. All forfeited merchandise will be resold by Smart Source Auctions. Please plan accordingly when bidding with us. Absolutely NO shipping! Smart Source Auctions is not responsible for removal. Due to insurance policies, Smart Source Auctions employees cannot assist in strapping down or securing items that are transported on the outside of the vehicle. We can't assist in transporting your items from inside of the auction house to your vehicle. Customers must load their own items into their vehicles. Item Conditions: We do not have control over what inventory is sent to us. Our staff does their best to inspect each item and verify its condition. Not all items can be visually inspected so we do test products for functionality when we are able to do so. Please read lot number 1 in our catalog before bidding on any items to understand our condition types. All item descriptions include the specific item’s condition, pictures of the actual item, and information relevant to the item’s condition. Please note: Minor cosmetic flaws may not be pictured or stated. Please take the time to read all item descriptions and see all item pictures before bidding on any items. All items should be assumed to have no manufacturers warranty! Returns and Refunds: At Smart Source Auctions we stand by our products. We understand that mistakes happen. Our staff from time to time will miss an important detail when inspecting items. Bid with confidence. We take accountability when we make an error. In the unfortunate circumstance that we do make an error in the listing, we will replace when able and refund when necessary. All items have a 3-day guarantee against misrepresentation. Smart source auctions must be notified by email or phone within 3 days of your pickup day (including the pickup day) to be eligible for a refund. Failure to notify Smart Source Auctions of an item misrepresentation within the 3 days of pickup (including the pickup day) voids any and all eligibility for a refund. Due to this being an auction, we do not return or refund for any other reason. Please ensure that the items you are bidding on are the right size, color, shape, and model you are looking for. Please read all item descriptions and see all item pictures before bidding on an item. In order to process any refunds, items MUST be returned to Smart Source Auctions within 7 days of item pickup(Including the pickup day) in the original condition the customer received it. Items will be checked before any refunds are processed. We do NOT offer partial refunds under any circumstances. Customers should check their items before leaving the premises during pickup. Email/Text: Just like you, we are not fans of junk mail and spam texts. Smart Source Auctions will not fill your email with junk and text you at the most inconvenient times. We commit to only sending you text messages to remind you that the auction will start to close in one hour and that you are a winner. Smart Source Auctions emails are usually 3 days before an auction ends and 1 hr before it ends. By registering for our auction, you agree that we can send you text messages and emails. STOP/Unsubscribe: Smart Source Auctions maintains its own text and email list. If at any time you feel it is too much, reply STOP and you will be removed from the list.
