BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. If you bid $100.00 at check out you will be charged $115.00. PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include check & cash. Payment must be made at pickup the day of pickup. If you don't pick up your items at the posted pick up times your credit card will be charged! If you do not pick up your items at the posted pickup times - your card will be charged and you will be charged a $20 service fee. If we have to move your items at pickup to our location you will be charged a additional fee! TITLES: Titles will be mailed to buyer with in 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. GUNS: Rhynalds Auction & Realty, LLC is a Federal Firearms Dealer and abides by all gun laws. All gun purchasers must provide a Nebraska CCW Permit or Nebraska Firearm Purchase Permit and complete a form 4473 for transfer. Out of State buyers can pick up a long gun and must pass a NICS background check(hand guns must be shipped to an FFL in the state the buyer resides). If the background check comes back a wait or decline, you are still liable for full payment. The gun can then be resold at our next auction minus commission fees. Firearms Must Ship To FFL (NO Shipping Of Primers Or Powder) NO EXCEPTIONS! STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00pm CDT at a rate of 5 lots per minute ON Weds. May 28th - 7 PM ! . The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING: SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE TO BUYERS AT BUYERS EXPENSE or ITEMS CAN BE PICKED UP in Holstein, NE Check Out/PICKUP is Thurs May 29th 4-6:30 PM (NO EXCEPTIONS) LOAD OUT: If you do not pick up your items at the posted pickup times - your card will be charged and you will be charged a $20 service fee. Winning Bidders must pick their items up in PICK UP IS in Holstein, NE. Load Out will be held on Thurs May 29th 4-6:30 PM (NO EXCEPTIONS) Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. Some items may be in the basement! If you do not pickup during the posted pick up times your credit card will be charged and your items will be FORFEITED, immediately! (NO EXCEPTIONS) 15% Buyers Premium will be added to all purchases! Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Rhynalds Auction Service reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, restart the bidding entirely or close the bidding.
