Final amount will be due by 3/31/2025 at 4:00 pm Central standard time. Failure to do so will result in loss of unit and the 20% down plus 5% BP. $100 deposit fee per unit will be due when you make your final payment and will be refunded when unit is clean out and checked by Texas Life Storage.
