Customers are encouraged to inspect any product listed on that auction they are interest in. Returns and Refunds: At ATX Auctions we stand by our products. We understand that mistakes happen. In the unfortunate circumstance that we do make an error in the listing, we will replace when able and refund when necessary. All items have a 3-day guarantee against misrepresentation or manufacturer defects. Due to this being an auction, we do not return or refund for any other reason. NEW PAYMENT NOTICE: Due to the number of lots and bidders we will be charging all cards on file at the conclusion of the auction. This will include a 16% buyer premium and State sales tax. Please register with the card that you wish to have charged. For any card that fails to process we will send an invoice that can be paid online or in person. Due to insurance policies ATX Abilene employees cannot assist in strapping down or securing items that are transported on the outside of the vehicle. PICK UP DAYS; ARE ONLY FRIDAY AND SATURDAY FOLLOWING that auction. Business hours for pick up days are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on Sunday. We will no longer hold items unless we hear from you before 6:00 on the Saturday immediately following the auction day. ONLY if we hear from you will we hold your items up to the following Wednesday after the auction (5 days - not counting Sunday). All items that are not picked up by the Wednesday following the auction by 5:00 PM will be considered abandoned and are subject for relisting. A refund will NOT be issued for abandoned items.
