This Auction has an Extended Bidding or "Soft Close" feature. The auction begins closing at 6 PM (CST) . The first item will begin to close, and an item will close every 60 seconds after. When a bid is submitted during the Final Seconds of the Auction for a Lot, the Bidding for that Lot will be Extended for an Additional Two Minutes. This will continue until there are no longer any bids Submitted for that Individual Lot.
PAYMENT TERMS: Successful Bidder required to enter into a written purchase contract on Friday, May 2nd, 2025 after the online bidding closing, or as directed by the Seller's Attorney - David Harrison, Attorney at Law, 118 E Main Street, Fairfield, IL 62837.
