Bidders can call to setup an appointment before February 22nd, 2025 for in-person viewing before these provided dates. Please inspect items to buyer satisfaction online as much as possible, and we highly encourage previewing items in-person on preview dates listed above.

Bidding Details : Bidding starts "soft-closing" on Sunday March 23rd, 2025 at 1:00P.M. CST

Payment Options : Accepted methods: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, cash, cashier's check, or wire transfer. Credit card payments are limited to purchases under $1,500. For amounts over $1,500, payment must be made with cash, cashier's check, or wire transfer. " No personal checks accepted. Payments must be processed before item pickup. If using a third party for pickup and shipment, contact Auctioneer JE Ponder at 870-672-1731 to process your payment and make arrangements before they arrive. You must show a PAID Invoice to Ponder's Auction Company at pickup time, before the items will be released.

Shipping : We do NOT ship items, it is the Buyer's responsibility to pay for shipping and arrange for shipping of goods purchased. Our items have photos and sizes included in the descriptions. If using a third-party for shipping, please contact and make arrangements with shipment company immediately after the auction closing.

Soft Close Explanation : If a bid is placed within the last minute, the closing time will extend by one minute. This prevents last-second bids ("sniping") and ensures fair bidding. Items are otherwise set to close every 15 seconds consecutively.
