Auction Terms & Conditions FEES: All items will incur a 16% Buyer’s Premium, as well as HST and a $1.50 handling fee. PAYMENT: Payment for all items is mandatory by the final pickup deadline (5 days after auction close). Credit card payments will no longer be processed automatically after auction day. If you choose to pay by credit card, a 2% processing fee will apply. If you prefer to pay via e-transfer, debit, cash, or other methods, you must do so before the Friday following the auction at 2PM EST. Any outstanding invoices at this time will automatically be charged to the credit card on file, with the 2% processing fee. Unpaid orders after the pickup cutoff will be charged a restocking fee equal to the buyer’s premium + seller’s commission. E-transfers can be sent to payments@encoreauctions.ca (auto-deposit enabled). Once received, we will send a paid receipt. Any unpaid invoices beyond the pickup deadline will result in account suspension and may be sent to a collections agency. We do not accept alternate forms of payment over the phone due to past fraudulent incidents. PICK-UP: Pickup is available at 23 Buchanan Court, London, ON. No more curbside pickup. Customers must enter the building to pay and collect their orders. Testing stations will be available for customers to inspect items before leaving. Pickup must be completed within 5 days of auction close. Any items left beyond this timeframe will be considered abandoned, with no refunds issued. You must have a paid invoice before collecting items. NEW CUSTOMER SERVICE & PICKUP HOURS: Monday: CLOSED Tuesday: 10 AM – 5 PM (High volume day – expect longer wait times) Wednesday – Friday: 10 AM – 6 PM Saturday: 10 AM – 5 PM SHIPPING INFO: If you require shipping, indicate "Shipping Required" in the Notes to Auctioneer during registration. Shipping costs will be determined after the auction based on item size, weight, and destination. Shipping requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the auction closing. Buyers must pay the shipping fee within 72 hours of receiving the quote. Failure to do so will result in order abandonment and charges for purchase price + removal, transport, and disposal. RETURNS: Please see our detailed return policy. GENERAL TERMS: We may request photo ID & credit card verification at pickup for fraud prevention. Bidders must register with their own credit card. Accounts using another person’s card will be deactivated. Bids cannot be canceled once placed. Customers are responsible for securing their accounts. Any purchases made under your account, even by family members, remain your responsibility. We do not provide assistance with loading items into vehicles. Bring help if needed. All items are sold "As Is, Where Is," and Encore Auctions is not liable for item descriptions, authenticity, or condition. We do not provide shipping services to the United States or sell to U.S. residents. REGISTRATION & BIDDING RULES: Once the auction closes, bids cannot be withdrawn. Soft Close Rule: Any bid placed in the last minute of an auction extends the closing time by 2 minutes. Multiples are used when bidding on items with a quantity greater than 1. If a bid is $10 on a lot of 4 items, the total cost will be $40. Catalogue Errors & Omissions: If discrepancies exist between an item’s description and images, live photos take priority.
