Orange County Pieces LLC Auction Terms & Conditions:
Please carefully read all terms and conditions provided before registering or bidding on any auctions hosted by Orange County Pieces LLC.
Age Requirement:
All bidders must be 18 years or older to bid on any auctions hosted by Orange County Pieces LLC.
Resale License:
If you are licensed to resell in the state of California, please inform us prior to the conclusion of the auction.
Payment:
Accepted Payment Types: Cash, Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express.
Upon registration, each bidder will be charged and refunded $1 to verify card processing. At the conclusion of the auction, the card belonging to the highest bidder will be charged. If you wish to pay with cash, please contact us prior to the conclusion of the auction.
A buyer’s premium of 15% will be added to the cost of the product.
Item Pick Up:
Each item must be picked up within 3 days after the close of the auction, unless otherwise stated. If you cannot make the stated pick-up dates, you must contact us within the 3-day window to arrange a late pickup. If no contact is made, the item will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided. Items will not be held for more than 7 days.

Sold "As-Is" Items:
The items sold by Orange County Pieces LLC are sold "As-is". Items range from like-new condition to damaged.
Damaged or used items will be clearly identified in the title with terms such as '(See Photo)', '(L. Use)', or '(H. Use)':
(See Photo): Refer to the photos for condition details.
(L. Use): Lightly used.
(H. Use): Heavily used.
If a condition issue is not noted in the title or visible in the photos, we are happy to offer a full refund. However, if you fail to review the title and photos and experience buyer’s remorse, you may return the item for a refund of 75% of the total bid and buyer’s premium. Taxes will be fully refunded.
Pre-Auction Closing Purchase:
Items are available for immediate purchase at any time before the auction closes. If an item is bought, it will be removed from the auction, and all bids will be canceled. All immediate purchases are final and must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Inspection and Returns:
ALL TVs, large furniture, vanities, bathtubs, refrigerators, BBQs, and pre-assembled items require inspection by the customer prior to leaving the premises, as no refunds will be provided once the customer has left.
For any other damaged items, the customer must contact Orange County Pieces LLC. within 3 days with their concerns.
Items incorrectly listed are subject to full refund.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PICK-UP.
Loading and Responsibility:
The customer is responsible for loading all items into their own vehicle. Orange County Pieces LLC. takes no responsibility if an item is damaged during loading or unloading, regardless of our employees' assistance.
Terms Acceptance:
By checking the “Accept Terms and Conditions” button, you are accepting all terms stated above and giving Orange County Pieces LLC permission to contact you via SMS or email provided during registration regarding: Upcoming auctions, winning bidder notices, and 1-hour-before-closing notifications.
Shipping and Restocking Fee:
Please consider shipping costs before placing a bid. If the auction has ended and you choose not to keep the item due to shipping costs, a refund can be processed with a 25% restocking fee.
A 25% restocking fee will also apply to any item no longer desired after the auction concludes.
