This measures 21 inches tall. This is used to measure the accuracy of fuel pumps at gas stations. It does have some paint loss and scratches. The. Plastic visual piece does have what appears to be some cracks? This needs to be cleaned. It comes with the wood carrying box. Please see photos for more details.
