All items are sold AS IS/WHERE IS. No warranties or guarantees. There is a 10% buyers premium added to all winning bids. We accept all major debit/credit cards. The debit/credit card that you register with will be charged immediately upon conclusion of the auction, including the 10% buyers premium. There is a 3.5% fee for credit/debit card. Items shipped will be cost plus $5 per package handling fee. We will combine lots for shipping if possible. Sales tax will be collected unless a valid resale certificate is completed and on file with us. Bidding A bid by any person shall be conclusive proof that the person has made himself acquainted with these conditions of sale and has agree to be bound by them. In the event of non-payment during posted pickup days, we reserve the right to charge the outstanding invoice balance to the credit card you provided upon registration. Failure to honor your bid may result in loss of bidding privileges. Items not picked up within 5 days will be forfeited and become property of Williams Realty & Auction Service.
