1. All items sold as is/where is. No warranty expressed or implied. All sales are final with no returns. 2. Buyer assumes full responsibility for items upon "fall of the hammer". 3. Auctioneer, auction company, employees of auction company, subcontractors, or partners of any kind assume no liability for customer's losses of any kind due to customer's participation in this auction including theft, fire, acts of God, accidents of any kind, and any other reason not specified. 4. Bidders/buyers shall not remove any property until payment is made in full. 5. All bidders/buyers are encouraged to inspect items PRIOR to bidding. Once the hammer has fallen and you are the high bidder, you are the owner of the item regardless of its condition. 6. Buyers assume all costs of transportation, ownership, use, and legal permits/licenses to use or own any items in their jurisdiction. 7. Buyers of small items, including but not limited to, collectibles and any antiques, are responsible for providing their own boxes and any wrapping materials that they deem necessary. 8. Buyers are responsible for brining any and all tools, equipments, and assistance to move/load items.
