TERMS & CONDITIONS By registering for this auction you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. Please read carefully prior to bidding. PAYMENTS: Immediately after the closing of each auction, we will process your payment method on file for any lots you have won. This will include our standard 18% Buyer’s Premium applied to each lot and 4.75% Colorado sales tax. The HiBid platform we utilize gives you the option to store multiple payment cards in your profile. When registering for each auction, please be sure to select the card you would like charged. You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your paid invoice within hours of the auction’s close. If you are a cash buyer, you will receive an invoice with a balance due. Your invoice will come from hibid or info@bidfordecor.com. If you do not receive an invoice, please check your spam folder or email us at info@bidfordecor.com. Cash Buyers: If you prefer to pay cash, please notify us in advance at info@bidfordecor.com so we do not attempt to charge your card. You can also use the “contact auctioneer” function found on any lot detail page. If you elect to pay cash and do not make the payment or pick up your item within the allotted pick-up times, your card on file will be charged on the last day of scheduled pickups. Any misuse of the cash buyer payment option will result in the inability to be a cash buyer. For any cards that fail to process we will send an invoice that can be paid online or in person. Your invoice will come from: info@bidfordecor.com Non-paying bidders will be reported to Hibid and will no longer be able to purchase from us. PICKUP: Items cannot be paid for or picked up until the auction is complete in its entirety and by appointment scheduled online only - but you have a myriad of options for pickup with us! Within 2 hours of the close of the auction, you will be sent an important email containing a copy of your paid invoice and a link to our scheduling system to reserve a pickup day and time. We cannot guarantee pickup will be available outside of your scheduled appointment time, but you could always reschedule as needed. Time slots will be available over 7 days - with appointments available daily and on weekends . MANY ITEMS ARE NOW AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF PAYMENT OF SHIPPING COST (which may take up to one week to supply) - generally any under 40 lbs and of reasonable size are absolutely available for shipping. We will make every effort to combine shipping for you and save you in shipping costs. There are no handling fees. Please check your email (and spam folder!) to reserve a pickup appointment or arrange shipping. Please plan to bring any assistance you may deem necessary to pack your items for transportation including an extra set of hands, straps, moving blankets, etc, as you see fit for the items you have won. Unless an exception has been made via prior written (email) consent of Bid for Decor, any items not picked up by 5 pm MST on Monday, April 7th, will be deemed abandoned and revert back to the seller with no refund so please just let us know if you have plans to be out of town during this time. During your scheduled appointment pickup time, we will assist in transporting your items from inside of the warehouse to your vehicle. Due to insurance policies, Bid For Decor staff cannot assist in securing items that are transported on the outside of a vehicle. We are located at: 7245 Gilpin Way, Suites 260 & 270, Denver, CO 80229. Do not forget you must use our online appointment scheduler or reach out by email to schedule your pickup time and day. There are no pickups without an appointment. WE HAVE IN-HOUSE SHIPPING AVAILABLE FOR MOST ITEMS. WE WILL FIND THE BEST ECONOMICAL OPTION FOR YOU AND SHIP WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF PAYMENT IN FULL INCLUDING SHIPPING. THERE IS NO HANDLING CHARGE. Also, you are welcome to arrange 3rd party movers, shipping companies, or friends/family to pick up for you by requesting, completing and signing our 3rd Party Release Form in advance of your scheduled appointment time. The designated party is responsible for confirming acceptance of your items upon pick up. ITEM CONDITION: Bid with confidence. Items are brand new unless otherwise stated and carefully documented in the lot listing and photos. In the unfortunate circumstance that an item is not in the condition stated in the listing, we will replace when able and refund when necessary. All items have a 3-day guarantee against misrepresentation or manufacturer defects. As this is an auction, we do not return or refund for any other reason. Please be certain that the items you are bidding on are the size, color, shape, and model you are seeking. COMMUNICATION VIA EMAIL OR TEXT: Like you, we hate junk mail and spam texts. Bid For Decor will not fill your email with junk nor text you at inconvenient times with frivolous notifications. Bid For Decor emails are infrequent, and you may opt out or opt in of receiving certain notices (e.g. new auction dates, flash sales, etc) via our web site.
