The David Province Estate Auction is a 2 Day Auction. Day 1 is a live in-person Auction on Thursday, March 13th @ 10am. This Auction consists of Equipment, Vehicles, Tools, Drainage pipe and fittings, and much more. Day 2 is an Online Only Internet Auction on Sunday, March 16th with a soft close at 5pm EST. This Auction consists of the Real Estate and Household related items. Each Auction is listed separately so make sure to look at each of them. Terms & Condition All Bidders acknowledge to have read, comprehend, and agree to the following terms & conditions set forth by Jeff Boone Auction & Realty. ("Boone Auctions"). All bidders agree to be legally bound to these terms & conditions. All announcements made by the Auctioneer shall supersede any printed material. Boone Auctions reserves the right to deny and or terminate bidding privileges at any time. Buyers: Once invoiced, you have 24 hours to contact Boone Auctions to notify of payment arrangements. Payment Terms: Cash & Check accepted with no extra fee - Wire Transfer accepted with a $20 fee from the Auction company that will be added to your invoice before payment - Credit & Debit Cards accepted with a 3.99% charge in addition to the purchased amount. This applies to onsite and Internet bidders. Buyers Premium - Day 1 No In-Person Buyers Premium! 5% Buyers Premium for ONLINE bidders Only: This BP will be added to your final invoice total. Sales Tax: No Sales Tax will be charged on Day 1 of this Estate Auction All items must be paid for for by 4 PM on Friday, March 14th Pickup will be day of auction until 5 PM & Friday, March 14th from 10 AM to 4 PM. All items must be paid for for by 4 PM on Friday, March 14th. However, the family will accomodate for the pickup of items such as tractors and towable equipment to be picked up at a later date. Auction company will have load out assistance on Thursday and Friday only. All purchased items become the responsibility of the purchaser as soon as the item is sold. Any items not picked up by this date will be subject to being forfeited. The Auction company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. It is the buyers responsibility to insure purchases as needed immediately. Immediately when an item is Sold it becomes the property and responsibility of the Buyer. It is the buyers responsibility to insure purchases as needed immediately. All items sell “AS-IS” “Where-Is” with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller(s) or the Auction company. All sales are Final. The described condition or representation of hours, use, and miles is provided as a courtesy, and not guaranteed by the Seller(s) or the Auction company. The Bidder is responsible for determining his or her opinion of the condition and authenticity of an item before purchasing the item, not after. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the item of interest prior to bidding on it. After a bidder has won the bid, all risk of loss and damage passes to the bidder, even though the bidder may have not paid for the item yet. Buyers should guard their items accordingly. The Seller(s) and the Auction Company and all of its Associates are not responsible for loss, theft, damages, or accidents. The Auction company is not responsible for lost connection or software failures that result in lost or unaccepted bids. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against (Boone Auctions) or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. (Boone Auctions) will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins, and confirm with the auctrion company if bidder has any doubts about the process.
