ONLINE BIDDERS: Your credit card number will be retained and charged for your purchases when you sign up for a bidder number. Smith & Company Auction & Realty, Inc. is providing online bidding as a service to bidders. By clicking the accept button online, you enter into a binding legal agreement with Smith & Company Auction & Realty, Inc. Bidder acknowledges and understands that internet service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Smith & Company Auction & Realty, Inc. or anyone else if their internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction.
TIE BIDS: In the event there is a tie 'Max Bid', the item will be awarded to who placed the bid first.
PAYMENT: Payment is due in full at the close of the auction. Buyer's card on file will be charged in full immediately at the close of auction. Purchases cannot be removed from the auction site until paid for in full.
BUYERS PREMIUM: A 4% buyer's premium will be added to the total receipt amount.

ITEM PICK-UP: ONE DAY ONLY Friday, March 28 from 1 – 5 p.m. and will be held ON-SITE. Pickup will be held onsite located at 200457 E. CR 42, Woodward. The Buyer is solely responsible for removal of their own purchases.
