This will be the liquidation of the Local Gift Boutique/Coffee Shop in Hemingford NE. There will be items that are associated with a Boutique and Coffee Shop on the Auction. The items are in very good shape and well taken care of. Most of the Items are New.
All sales are final. There will be Cash, Check, Credit Card (4% Surcharge) and Pal Pay available for payment. 10% buyers premium will be added to the total. As always there will be NO help for loading at pick up. All items are sold as is, there are no refunds or returns. Any guarantees will be made between the buyer and seller. We will list any defects or damage as best we can, there are no guarantees. All items must be paid in full on or before being picked up. Also, all items must be picked up on the designated dates and times. You are responsible for bringing help to load your stuff, as none will be provided. No Exceptions. If not picked up on designated dates and times, we reserve the right to charge you or resell the item. You are still expected to pay for your items if they come up missing because you waited until later in the day to pick up your items. Credit cards are subject to internet availability. EVERYTHING WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED DAY OF LOADOUT FROM PROPERTY.
