Auction Terms & Conditions: Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering and bidding on auctions hosted by Simon Sez Auctions. Your invoice will be emailed on Monday morning. We accept Cash or Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover via Square at loadout/pickup. Failure to pick up at designated time will result in your amount due charged to the card you placed on file. There will be a 18% Buyer's Premium added to all buyer's totals for each item purchased. There will be an 8.25% sales tax added to buyer’s totals unless tax exempt status is properly presented during registration or at pickup/loadout. All Bidders are required to be ID verified for pickup/loadout. You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR AND PICKED UP BY LOADOUT DEADLINE.
