Payments not received by the final pickup time will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.Payment of Vehicles The payment of the vehicle will need to be by cash, wire transfer or certified funds. Auction Company Reserves Right to Require Cash, Wire Transfer or Certified Funds: Due to the high amount of fraud in online auctions, The Steffen Group reserves the right to require buyers without established credit with the auction company to pay for their purchases by Cash, Wire Transfer or Certified Funds. Condition of Items: All items are being sold "As-Is, Where-Is" with no warranty being expressed or implied by the Auction Company or the Seller. Removal: Items may be picked up on Monday, March 3,2025 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and Tuesday, March 4, 2025 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at The Junk Ditch Facility located 1825 W. Main St., Fort Wayne, Indiana. Any items not removed within this time frame will be forfeited by the Buyer, may be resold, and any cost of removal, deficiency, or loss may be charged to the Buyer. Your stamped paid receipt must be shown to checkout supervision prior to removal. Although checkout supervision will be provided, the auction company and sellers are not liable for lost or stolen items purchased at the sale. Buyers are responsible for all risk of loss, property damage, personal injury caused by removal, and all costs of removal of items/lots purchased. Moving & loading services contracted with any rigging or moving company are independent of the Auctioneer, and the Auctioneer shall be held harmless from any claims arising between the buyer and said company. Shipping: Shipping will be available for small items in-house through Shipping Saint. Large items will be shipped using More Than Mail, Pak Mail or Similar. All costs associated with shipping, including boxes, materials, and handling, will be paid by the Buyer. A $5 handling fee is added to all invoices requesting shipping. For questions regarding shipping, contact the Auctioneer prior to the closing day of the auction. We cannot ship with an outside shipping label being sent to the shipping department. Any invoice total of $500.00 or more will also be shipped with and adult signature required. The items will be packed, and then an invoice will be sent for payment through Shipping Saint. If damage does occur, we insure every package. All claims will need to be filed through Shipping Saint or the Outside Shipping Company.
