Checkout Date/Time Pick-up will be Saturday, February 15th immediately following the auction. All items have to be paid for in full prior to removing items from sale yard. This is the estate of Mr. Jimmy Casey (Deceased) of Smithfield, NC. This is a farm equipment auction with lots of very nice items. There will be tractors, implements, trailers, boat, boat trailer, ATV trailer, zero-turn mower, rotary cutter, trucks, saddles, pony cart, stock trailer, livestock feeders and lots more! This auction will take place Saturday, February 15th at 10am at 876 Grabtown Road, Smithfield, NC. This will be a LIVE & ONLINE auction. There will be NO "Buyers Premium" at this auction. If you bid online, there will be a 3% online fee added to the successful bidders high bid. We will accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, approved check (accompanied by a bank letter of guarantee) or money order. If you pay with a credit or debit card, there will also be a 3% convenience fee. NOTE - if you pay with a check, you will not be able to take your items home until your check clears the bank. Thank you! Concession will be provided by Aaron's Restuarant of Goldsboro. Don't forget your rain coat!
BUYERS PREMIUM: There will be NO "Buyers Premium" at this auction. There will be a 3% "online fee" for bidding online (using HiBid) . A 3% convenience fee will be charged when using a credit/debit card. NC sales tax will be added (6.75%) unless you have an tax exempt/resale form (E-595E form).
