We reserve the right to charge a storage fee as well as reserve the right to resell items after 30 days whenthey are considered abandoned. Any liability to a purchaser will not exceed the purchase price paid. Failure to uphold the bidding agreement can result in suspension of bidding privleges. The Auction House LLC reserves the right to void any sale, suspend bidding and bidders, or resell any item or lot for any reason. We will also report any attempted Fraud to the proper authorites. In the event of legal proceedings the buyer consents to be subject to the personal jurisdiction of the State of New York, County of Erie.
