TERMS: The following terms and conditions are absolute and no exceptions will be made. If you do not accept these terms in full, you are welcome to stay as a spectator, but please do not bid. If there are any questions about the terms, please ask us BEFORE bidding. BIDDING: Once you have been identified as the winning bidder, you will be responsible for honouring the payment; this is non-negotiable. Please be certain you want the item at the bid amount before bidding. Transfers between bidders are not recognized. PAYMENT: Accepted payment options are by credit card or e-transfer. Credit cards will be charged immediately after the end of the auction. No items may be removed before full payment. Additional payment options may be available upon request BEFORE bidding starts. All payments must be received within 48 hours after the end of the auction. If you are paying by e-transfer, please contact us first by phone or by email at info@estatefreshcanada.com BEFORE the auction ends. SHIPPING: The packaging and handling fees is $15 + Shipping cost from each parcel or you must come pick up at the auction house or make your own arrangements at your own risk. Please arrive on time and with proper materials and assistance to pack and move your items safely and promptly. Pickup time is February 10, 11, 12, 2025 from 10AM to 5PM Eastern time at auction location. DAMAGES: You are responsible to inspect all your items before you leave the site. Claims for refunds can be made only in certain and limited circumstances. After the product is picked up, we are not liable for any damages. WARRANTY: We do not guarantee the accuracy of the product description or that the images used to illustrate the products are correct or do not violate any trademarks or copyrights. We also make no guarantees, expressed or implied, of authenticity. All items are sold AS IS and without recourse unless stated otherwise. Neither auctioneer nor owners express or imply any form of warranty on the property as to its merchantability or its fitness for general or particular purpose. CONDITION: All items are sold AS IS and include everything shown in the pictures unless otherwise stated. All relevant damages to the items are reported in the descriptions to the best of our abilities. TAX: Applicable goods and service, or sales taxes must be added to the purchase price of all taxable auction purchases. No refunds of taxes can be made after settlement. BUYER’S PREMIUM: The final total due for the buyer’s auction purchases will include a 20% buyer’s premium. E.g. a $100 item will have a buyer’s premium of $20, making the total $120.00 plus any applicable taxes, and fees.
