(*Please read the Firearms Terms and Conditions*). There are accessories related to guns including scopes, locks, cleaning kits and tools, cases, and more. There are also a few BB guns, starter guns, and holsters. Other HUNTING accessories include hunting calls, telescopes, binoculars, vintage crossbow, crossbow accessories, and knives including military grade. Most items comes from a MILITARY estate and include dress uniforms, field coat, USMC kilt, jumpsuit/ flight suits, jackets, hats, goggles, belts/ belt buckles, hats, pins and patches, sleeping bags, helmets, plus other designer and leather coats. MOUNTS/TAXIDERMY include full bears, moose, award winning bear skin with head, moose and deer shoulder mounts, mounted trophy fish, antler style chandelier. (*Special delivery needed for the full animal mounts. Pick up at the consignor (Maryland). The largest with 3 animals can be partially disassembled, most others cannot.). ELECTRONICS include a stereo, turntables (and LPs), sound systems, variety of cameras and lenses, projectors, 8mm films, and other music (vintage phonograph) and recording electronics. Terms and Conditions
*NEW / OVERRIDING T&C specific to Firearms:
All firearms are sold in accordance with Federal and Pennsylvania State Laws. All post-1898 firearms are considered modern and must be registered in observation of Federal and State Law. The purchaser pays any and all registration fees.
1) *All gun sales including hand guns must be handled through an FFL dealer. All payments must be made before transfer. Background checks for local PA buyers can be handled at Keystone Auctions at pick up and all other / out-of-state buyers must go through their local FFL Dealer.*
Pennsylvania residents who purchase modern firearms must 1) provide a signed copy of a Federal Firearms License from a dealer that your purchase can be shipped to, or 2) if a dealer, submit a copy of your FFL signed in ink, or 3) complete state and federal registration forms at Keystone Auctions, 218 E. Market St, York, PA 17403 (PA local by appointment only). *No out-of-state pick ups.*
Residents of states requiring a purchase permit to buy long guns (i.e., New Jersey, etc.) must furnish this permit. Out-of-state buyers are not permitted in-house pick up and must provide their local FFL dealer's information and bidders who are FFL dealers must mail a current FFL license to Keystone Auctions, 218 E. Market St., York, PA 17403 - or - email keystoneauctions@gmail.com.
2) No modern long guns sold to anyone under the age of 18, nor modern hand guns to anyone under 21 (restrictions apply to residents in California, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Vermont, and Washington) This is subject to change for updated local, state, and federal laws. It is the responsibility of each bidder to familiarize themselves with their State and Local gun laws.
3) All items are presented and sold "as-is" with all flaws. All item descriptions are based upon visual inspection only and bidders are solely responsible for establishing the authenticity and condition PRIOR to placing any bids. All firearms have come from local estates and have not been tested for functionality. We recommend that you have your purchase(s) inspected by a trained gunsmith.
4) Measurements are approximate and are utilized for standard description explanatory reasons only. The descriptions and measurements found in the catalog are for informational purposes only and in no way offer a warranty. All photos take primacy over descriptions; while the descriptions are done to the best of our abilities, the bidder's purchase(s) will be conducted primarily upon the photos, but in conjunction with the description. Any errors in a description are not a justification for a cancellation of sale or return of a firearm. It is the responsibility of the bidder to inspect the photos and ask for any additional information prior to bidding.
It is the responsibility of each bidder to familiarize themselves with their State and Local gun laws. Keystone Auctions will NOT adapt any firearm in order to make it compliant with a certain state's requirements.
5) Bidder is solely responsible for knowing all their state's laws and regulations regarding firearms and ammunition. Keystone Auctions is not responsible if a weapon or ammunition is determined to be illegal to possess or ship to your state. If a customer or Bidder's customer order is found to be ineligible for purchase or shipment Keystone Auctions reserves the right to refuse sale with no refunds given, and the item will be resold to the highest bidder.
6) No international / out of country (U.S.) shipping on ammo, weapons or powder.
7) Ammo specific - No ammo sales if you're a resident of Washington D.C. and we will not ship any ammo to Alaska or Hawaii. If you reside in California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey or New York we will only ship ammo to an FFL in your state. You will be responsible to find a licensed FFL in your state that is willing to facilitate this transfer (please note they might charge for this) and have them email us a copy of their license prior to us shipping. You are also responsible to know what ammo is legal in your state as all sales are final, and no refunds will be given if the ammo is determined to be illegal.
8) Bidder is responsible for all fees associated with an unsuccessful purchase due to the failure of a background check or any other reason which causes a sale to be discontinued.
9) If paying by cash, check, or wire transfer, the name on the account must match that of the winning bidder and any payment method can require additional verification or be declined.
10) Keystone Auctions will not release any firearm to a 3rd party (with exceptions of an FFL for shipping). Strawman purchases are illegal and will not, under any circumstances, be permitted. If picking up, the pickup person's ID must match that of the name and address on the invoice.
11) Keystone Auctions reserves the right to cancel or freeze a transaction for any reason under any circumstances.
12) When picking up firearms, you will not be permitted to bring a loaded firearm onto the premises. While we respect the Second Amendment and your rights to own firearms, for the safety of employees, please refrain from bringing any firearms during any transactions.
STANDARD Terms and Conditions of Sale FOR ALL ELSE (NON-FIREARMS):
Payment: Keystone Auctions DOES NOT accept PayPal, BidPay, or Western Union wires. Payment may be made with Visa or Master Card, cash, money orders, cashier's checks, bank wires, or personal/business checks within 7 days of auction.
Bank wires are accepted and may be required for orders over $1000 and Keystone Auctions *may require* a wire transfer for certain including non-US buyers and gold / diamonds. There is a $25 bank fee in place of CC processing fee)
*Note* Due to fraudulent transactions Keystone Auctions may require cash, money-order or wire transfers for gold, silver, coins and high ticket or high volume purchases.
*** Purchases paid for with personal or business checks will not be released until payment has cleared.
Keystone Auction will file a dispute if payment is not received within 7 day regardless of payment arrangements.
SHIPPING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF BUYER. As a courtesy to our customers, Keystone Auctions will transfer the items purchased to the shipper below only after payment has been received. Shipper will provide you with a shipping quote options.
1 All property is sold "AS IS", and neither the auctioneer nor any consignor makes any warranties or representation of any kind or nature with respect to the property, and in no event shall they be responsible for the correctness, nor deemed to have made any representation or warranty, of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, or condition of the property and no statement made at the sale, or in the bill of sale, or invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty of representation or an assumption of liability.
2. Some of the lots in this sale are offered subject to a reserve. The reserve is a confidential minimum price agreed upon by the consignor and Keystone Auctions LLC. below which the lot will not be sold. In most cases, the reserve will be set below the estimated range, but in no case will it exceed the estimates listed. A representative of Keystone Auctions LLC. will execute such reserves by bidding for the consignor. In any event and whether or not a lot is subject to a reserve, the auctioneer may reject any bid or raise not commensurate with the value of such lot.
3. Except as provided in paragraph 2 above, the highest bidder as determined by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the case of a disputed bid, the auctioneer shall have sole discretion in determining the purchaser and may also, at his or her election, withdraw the lot or re-offer the lot for sale.
4. All merchandise purchased must be paid for and removed from the premises the day of the auction unless purchased online or prior arrangements have been made. Keystone Auctions LLC. shall have no liability for any damage to property left on its premises for more than seven (7) days after the date of sale. At the option of Keystone Auctions LLC., the merchandise may be transferred to and stored at a bonded warehouse and the purchaser agrees to pay all transfer and storage expenses. Keystone Auctions LLC. may impose, and the purchaser agrees to pay, a daily storage fee of $5 on any lot or item(s) not paid or picked up by the purchaser within 2 weeks of the date of sale. * If items are not picked up within 1 months the items will be considered abandoned property and the items will be disposed of to cover costs incurred for storage space, labor, and other fees. Pick up days are Tuesday - Friday, Call in advance to schedule appt.
5. If the purchaser breaches any of its obligations under these Conditions of Sale, including they buyer's obligation to pay in full the purchase price of all items for which the buyer was the highest successful bidder, Keystone Auctions LLC. may exercise all of its rights and remedies under the law including, without limitation, (a) canceling the sale and applying any payments made by the purchaser to the damages caused by the purchasers breach, and/or (b) offering at public auction, without reserve, any lot or item for which the purchaser has failed to pay in full the purchase price, holding the purchaser liable for any deficiency plus all costs of sale.
6. In no event will the liability of Keystone Auctions LLC. or its shippers exceed the purchase price actually paid by the purchaser for such item.
7. All purchases are subject to the Pennsylvania 6 % sales tax unless the purchaser possesses a sales tax exemption number and fills out the Pennsylvania Exempt Certificate. Exemption numbers from other states are accepted in PA if presented with a business card or letterhead. Dealers, museums, and other qualifying parties can apply for a Pennsylvania exemption number prior to the auction by contacting the Pennsylvania Department of State
8. Successful bidders will have a buyers premium equal to 25% of the final bid price.
9. Keystone Auctions LLC. and its consignors make no warranty or representation, express or implied that the purchaser will acquire any copyright or reproduction rights to any lot sold. Keystone Auctions LLC. expressly reserves the right to reproduce any image of the lots sold in this catalog. The copyright in all images, illustrations and written material produced by or for Keystone Auctions LLC. relating to a lot, including the contents of this catalog, is, and shall remain at all times, the property of Keystone Auctions LLC. and shall not be used by the purchaser, nor by anyone else, without our prior written consent.
10. These conditions of sale shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The buyer/bidder agrees that any suit for the enforcement of this agreement may be brought, and any action against Keystone Auctions LLC in connection with the transactions contemplated by this agreement shall be brought, in the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any federal court sitting therein. The bidder/buyer consents to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waives objections that it may now or hereafter have to the venue of any such suit.
11. Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Some property that is sold at auction can be subject to laws governing export from the U.S. Import restrictions from foreign countries are subject to these same governing laws. Licensing for import or export of goods from local authorities is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Denial or delay of licensing will not constitute cancellation or delay in payment for the total purchase price of these lots. It is recommended furniture or LARGER ITEMS to be shipped by an independent shipper contracted by you. One method of contacting an independent shipper is via uship.com their website is https://www.uship.com where you can receive quotes for your larger items. Our recommended PACK & SHIP company for the smaller items is Postal Connections Store 209. They offer FedEx DHL USPS.
12. Unless other shipping arrangements are made, once payment has been received, Keystone Auctions will drop the items off items at a shipping location and packaging, shipping arrangements and payments will be made directly with them. If no shipper is selected at time of payment it will be at the discretion of Keystone Auctions and you will be notified accordingly.
Shipping: Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Some property that is sold at auction can be subject to laws governing export from the U.S., such as items that include material from some endangered species. Import restrictions from foreign countries are subject to these same governing laws. Granting of licensing for import or export of goods from local authorities is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Denial or delay of licensing will not constitute cancellation or delay in payment for the total purchase price of these lots.
All items are sold "as is". Refunds will be considered with proof of misrepresentation and return of item. Call or Email us within 5 days of receipt to discuss.

Unless other arrangements are made, Keystone Auctions will automatically transfer paid orders (not firearms, not larger pieces/furniture) to our preferred shipper to provide shipping quotes.
Please allow a week for the transfer, another for the quote, call if you need it expedited.
If you are arranging your own shipper or pick up, notify us at time of payment.
We mainly use Postal Connections Store #209. Non-furniture items not picked up or shipped within 30 days will be considered forfeited.
Storage fees of $10/day will apply to furniture not picked up within 5 business days.
