Guns: All gun laws will be enforced, FFL license or permit to purchase required, or firearm can be shipped to your local receiving FFL dealer. Do not bid if you do not have an FFL license, permit to purchase or have made arrangements with your local FFL dealer.
(If you do not have an FFL license or permit to purchase, get your background check with your local FFL dealer before the auction, as we will not conduct background checks/paperwork, if you are concerned about a background check, we advise you not to bid)
Buyers must provide their FFL Dealer's information and address for the firearm transfer within 5 days of auction end. (email to howell9690@gmail.com) Failure to send information within 5 days will result in items being considered abandoned and no reimbursement will be offered.
Ammunition: FFL License required or we will ship directly to your FFL licensed dealer in the following states: New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Illinois, and California. No shipping available for Alaska or Hawaii. No sales / shipping outside of the U.S.A. If you have questions please ask before bidding. If you have concerns or do not want ammunition shipped to your FFL dealer, we advise you not to bid.

Bidding will start Saturday Dec. 14th, 2024 and soft close on 12-31-2024. Physical preview is available 10 A.M. - 2 P.M. 12-14-24 and 12-16-24 at 3303 Murray Road Estherville, IA or call to make appointment or for more information. Physical pickup of items will be available on Thursday Jan. 2nd, 2025 and Friday Jan. 3rd, 2025 from 9 A.M. to 3 P.M.
SHIPPING AVAILABLE ON MOST ITEMS. Shipping will be at buyer's expense and actual amount will be determined after auction. Shipping is combined if you purchase more than one item.
Payments accepted: Cash, Credit Card (3.5% Fee for Credit Card) Cashier's Check, Money Order or wire ($20 Wire Fee). No Personal checks accepted. Payment is expected within 3 days of auction end. No items may be removed from sales site until paid for. Buyers who fail to make payment will be banned from future auctions and reported to HIBID.

Howell Real Estate and Auction is acting as an agent for the seller and is selling all items in "AS IS" condition. No expressed or implied warranties are given. Howell Real Estate and Auction and its agents, recommend that personal inspections of all items, be done personally by the buyer. Pictures and description of items are included but may not be a full representation of the item. (Lighting / environmental factors etc.. may skew picture quality.) Descriptions are to the best of Howell Real Estate and Auction's knowledge, given from sellers information and personal inspection. Howell Real Estate and Auction are not liable for any software malfunctions. Auction staff and / or software provider are not responsible for any missed bids. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS. The successful bidder / buyer is responsible for all shipping of the items purchased. Payment information will be sent via email after the close of the auction. If the successful bidder does not receive an invoice within 24 hours of the end of the auction, Please contact auction staff at 712-260-9690. There is a 10% buyer's premium for this auction. Some items may have a reserve set by the seller, Howell Real Estate and it's agents do their best to insure a "reasonable" reserve. Howell Real Estate and Auction reserves the right to call a no sale on items that do not reach the reserve price.
