TITLED ITEMS: Titles will be sent out 10 business days after the close of the auction. All titles will be assigned to someone. NO OPEN TITLES WILL BE HANDED OUT. We will have loaders at the pickup site during loadout times to assist you in loading larger items. We charge a 5% buyer's premium. There is a 3% charge for credit card purchases. Payment is due in full at pickup. Payment methods include cash, check, wire transfer or credit card. There is a 3% charge for credit card purchases. Everyone pays the 5% buyers premium. We will also be charging 7% sales tax unless you are tax exempt and have, or are willing to fill out an exemption form with us. Everyone will be emailed an unpaid invoice shortly after the auction ends. Please bring this invoice with you to pickup. If you think you bought something but didn't get an email at all, please check your junk mail and spam folders as sometimes our emails go straight there. If you are still not sure contact us, (574-242-1262). Sometimes emails don't go through. All purchases must be removed within the pickup schedule unless other arrangements are made with the auction company. If you do not come to pickup or make other arrangements before pickup ends, your credit card will be charged for your purchases and 3% credit card fee. Any merchandise not picked up with 60 days becomes property of auction company. All merchandise is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" without ANY guarantees of ANY kind. We do our best to note/photograph any flaws or defects of items on auction, however the buyer is ultimately responsible to use their own judgement.
