Online buyers premium of 8% per item sold to online bidders. 7% Indiana Sales Tax is applied to invoice total, including internet premium. Buyer is able to fill out Indiana sales tax exempt form with proper identification number to be marked tax exempt. Payment: Valid Credit Card Required for bidding approval. All online bidders will be invoiced after completion of auction, through the email address registered with. On purchases $600.00 or less your credit card on file will automatically be charged. For all other purchases, you may pay with Cash, Good check, Credit Card accepted with a 4% fee, or wire transfer accepted with a $15 transfer fee added to total invoice. All remaining unpaid invoices, after December 10th at 4pm cst (if not heard from) credit card on file will be charged. All ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR BY DECEMBER 10TH BY 4pm No items will be released until payment is made in full. Titles: Once you are the winning bidder on an item with a title attached and payment is made in full, all paperwork will be completed by Lestinsky Auctioneers, LLC. All titles will be filled out with the new name of purchaser, address, date of sale, and total price paid. All vehicles and trailers subject to be charged 7% Indiana Sales Tax. Provided with the title will be proof of Sales Tax Paid, Form ST-108A. Lestinsky Auctioneers, LLC (LALLC) reserves the right to hold all titles if paid by check for 14 days, until funds are secured. If we do not have possession of the title upon time of the auction, it will be stated in description of the cataloged lots. We will send the title out as soon as we have possession of the title. All titles are sent USPS and certified. A signature will need to be provided at time of delivery. Pick Up: Shipping & Pick Up is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Items must be picked up within stated load out days (unless other arrangements have been made) Load Out Dates: December 9th & 10th from 9-4pm cst Location - 16908 S SR 39 Hanna, IN 46340 Items not picked up after stated load out dates, will be forfeited (unless other arrangements have been made) We provide our machinery to load as a service. When picking up your items, help guide the operators. Any damage done while loading is not the responsibilty of the company or operator. Prior to bidding: All items are sold "as-is". Descriptions are believed to be correct, we make no guarantees, as to the condition, authenticity of, or descriptions used in advertising. Assets are subject to additions and deletions. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to inspect items conditions & authenticity prior to bidding. We strongly suggest bidders to examine any items they are interested in before the auction takes place. Items may be listed as running or non-running. Items may come in running, but day of auction will not start. Lestinsky Auctioneers (LALLC), is not held responsible for items running or working conditions. All used equipment, farm machinery, construction equipment, vehicles, etc.. should be assumed to have some degree of wear. Assume LALLC has conducted no inspections of machinery or vehicles to determine the machanical condition. Lestinsky Auctioneers, LLC is providing internet Auction and live bidding as a service to the bidder. The bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of auction. Lestinsky Auctioneers is not responsible for any missed bids from any source. If you choose to put a max bid on items, there is a possibility of your max bid and floor bid to end up in a tie bid. Floor bid will take precedence on any tie bid. More annoucements on condition of items may be stated during live auction, those announcements take predence over typed matter that is listed with the item online. Please note, if you put a max bid in, more announcements could be made day of auction on condition of items. Announcements made the day of Auction take precedence over printed matter. Not responsible for accidents or articles after being sold. All items must be paid for by end of load days! All items must be removed from the Lestinsky Hanna Auction Yard within 90 days of auction date. If items are not removed within 90 days, LALLC reserves the right to charge a $30 a day (per item) storage fee for items left after 90 days. LALLC is not responsible for items left unattended after the auctioneer says "sold".
