Auction Terms & Conditions:
There will be a 10% Buyer's Premium added to the final bid to determine sales price
All firearms will be sold AS-IS and are FINAL. Firearms will be formally transfered through FFL partner (Riverside Outdoors in Bowling Green). Guns will be transferred the day of the sale for onsite bidders.
All offsite bidders will be required to pick guns up at FFL Partner in Bowling Green. ALL FIREARMS WILL HAVE A $20 TRANSFER FEE. FFL will ship firearms to all out of state bidders to their preferred FFL Dealer (Shipping paid by the buyer).
PAYMENT: Cash, Check, or CC. If paying by CC there will be a 4% CC fee incured by the buyer
SALES TAX: There will be 6% Kentucky Sales Tax charge on all items unless presented with kentucky resell certificate
Online Auction Bidding Software Disclaimer: This is an “As-Is” Site. --Terminate or suspend access to any bidder for any reason to our Site.
--Terminate or suspend any bidder's registration to bid and bidder account. Bidders guarantee that the information they supply to 6S Auction Company & Crye-Leike Executive Realty is accurate. Users agree to indemnify and hold 6S Auction Company & Crye-Leike Executive Realty harmless from any lawsuit based on users’ negligence or activities.
--Suspend bidding on any individual lot and/or all lots in any auction at any time.
--Extend the bidding ending date & time for any individual lot and/or all lots in any auction at any time.
-- International Bidders are required to place a "bid" deposit prior to bidding. If they are a winning bidder, the "bid" deposit will be applied towards the purchase price. If they are not a winning bidder, the "bid" deposit shall be refunded. The "bid" deposit shall be 20% of the maximum bid per lot. The "bid" deposit shall be submitted by wire transfer only.
--By accepting the terms and conditions of the auction: All parties agree that any lawsuits/legal disputes in Kentucky are under the jurisdiction of the Warren County Chancery Court and must be filed in this court.
