Checkout Date/Time Pick up is Saturday October 5th from 1pm-7pm. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO REMOVE WINNING LOTS UNTIL AFTER 1PM. All sold lots can be dropped off October 4th from 2-6pm and October 5th from 7-11am. ALL SOLD LOTS MUST BE IN THE BARN BY 11AM October 5th. This ensures proper time for our licensed market Veterinarian to inspect all animals in compliance with our MO Dept. of Agriculture and USDA licenses.

Description
NEMO Animal Auction Internet bidding begins 6 am CST September 26th and ends with a soft close beginning at 7pm CST September 29th. Soft close means time is added to the clock if bid is placed in the last 2 minutes. Reminder all animal must be picked up October 5th from 1pm-7pm. Your card on file with Hibid will be charged at close of auction. There is a 8% buyer’s premium added to your winning bid.
PAYMENTS: Winning bidders will be invoiced after the auction closes, the winning bidders card on file with HiBid will be charged the winning bid price and the buyers premium at the close of the auction. Please make sure the funds are avaiable and card limit is avaialble for your bid totals. If you need the option of a wire transfer notify us immediately and instructions will be sent to your email on file, there is a $20 fee for all wire transfers. Due to MO Dept. of AG rules EVERY Animal that sells will have to come to NEMO Fairgrounds for our licensed vet to inspect. All lots will be available for pick up in Kirksville, MO after 1pm October 5th. ALL CONSIGNMENTS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE NEMO FAIRGROUNDS IN KIRKSVILLE, MO. YOU MUST PICK UP ON OCTOBER 5TH From 1PM-7PM or a $10 fee per day per Animal will be applied. It is Bidders responsibility to know your state and local laws regarding ownership of each animal. If you require health certificates for your state you must notify us at close of auction and one will be provide at additional cost. By registering for this auction and participating in any auction your are agreeing to be legally bound by our terms and conditions and bid card terms & conditions. Continued use of this site constitutes your agreement with all conditions and details of this auction. There will be no chargebacks or disputes of your winning bid purchases. All guarantees of description on each lot is between the buyer and the seller and the auction company is not liable for any representation or guarantee made by the seller. Please make sure all your questions are answered and you are satisfied with representation before you place your bid.
