Invoices $5,000.00 and above Money Wire is required. Background check will be done on all Firearm Purchases and buyer will be charged a $40.00 Service Fee for Each Firearm. Sales Tax will Apply unless exempt. Shipping Available at Buyers Expense: Shipping Cost and $20.00 Handling fee will be charged on all items needing shipped. Firearms will ONLY be shipped to FFL dealers from Wyandot Firearms. Shipping Information MUST BE RECEIVED BY OCTOBER 21ST, 2024!!!!!!!!! NOTE: Please come prepared with your own packing materials and loading assistance. Located: 120 N. Warpole St, Upper Sandusky OH 43351 Inspection: October 17th (3-5PM) Pickup: October 21st & 22nd (10a.m. - 2p.m.) All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. Bidder inspection is encourage. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Auction company reserves the right to reject any bid at their sole discretion. Auction company reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. Auctioneer, staff and seller reserve the right to bid / participate in the auction in the case they have a bona fide intent to purcahse items. BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY: After a bidder has won the bid with his/her high bid, he/she may have become the new owner of the item, even though he/she may not have paid for the item yet. The item(s) becomes the full and sole responsibility of the Buyer at this point, and Buyer assumes all risk of loss, theft and damage. Buyers should guard their items accordingly and insure all items at the time of sale. All Items must be removed during posted pickup times unless arrangements have been previously made with auction company.
