YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS UPON REGISTRATION FOR THE AUCTION*** INTERNET BUYERS PREMIUM OF 15% ON ALL MERCHANDISE. Payment is cash, wire transfer, or bank issued cashier's check. Please note the 15% buyer's fee applies to all purchases regardless of payment method. A 5.5% State Sales tax will be applied to all sales unless you present a sales tax exemption form. The credit card bidders choose to use for registration will be authorized at that time. We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover ONLY, there will be a 3% convenience fee charged for all credit card transactions. Credit card chargeback's will not be accepted. High Bidder must submit payment in full within 72 hours of close of auction. If payment is not received in full within 72 hours of the auction close, the Buyer will be considered in default. Buyer is responsible for removing the cabin from the Seller’s property within 30 days of receipt of payment in full. Should the Buyer need more time to secure moving professionals, and/or to properly prepare a cabin site, arrangements may be made with the Sellers for an extension at an additional storage fee. The Buyer is responsible for removing the cabin at the Buyer’s Expense. Cabin and Furnishings SOLD AS IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to determine condition, age, authenticity, value or any other determinative factor. United Country USRG Auction Services may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall United Country USRG Auction Services be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer shall be the sole judge of value. We Highly Encourage Attending Or Scheduling Inspections Before Bidding. Notice on Moving of Cabin - The Seller assumes no responsibility expressed or implied for any damage occurred during the moving process. Buyer assumes all responsibility for securing the proper insurance required to protect their investment, as well as to follow all zoning requirements of the local governing body. United Country USRG Auction Services on-line auctions are timed events and all bidding will begin to close at specified times. United Country USRG Auction Services Online Auctions feature a Soft Close. The Soft Close feature remains active until no further bids are received on an item within said items two minute closing window. When a bid is placed in the final two minutes of an item closing, the auction bidding will automatically be extended two minutes from the time the bid was placed. For Example: If an auction is scheduled to begin closing lots at 6:00PM and a bid is received at 5:59PM, the close time on that lot will automatically extend two minutes. Items will close every twenty seconds thereafter unless there is still active bidding on said item, in which case that specific item's closing time will be extended the two minutes until all active bidding has ended. Bidder agrees that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin and hereby grants sole jurisdiction and agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction located in Waupaca County, Wisconsin. Bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid, to them at the address they provided to register. Should a dispute arise between United Country USRG Auction Services and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in Waupaca County, Wisconsin. Bidders who bid from offsite understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. United Country USRG Auction Services will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is SOLD AS IS and that they may not return any item they purchase. United Country USRG Auction Services is providing Internet bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the days of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against United Country USRG Auction Services or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. United Country USRG Auction Services will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. United Country USRG Auction Services reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Buyers may be required to pay any applicable state and local sales tax unless you have a resale number on file with United Country USRG Auction Services PRIOR TO THE SALE-NO EXCEPTIONS. Sales tax applies to the entire transaction including the buyer fee. In the event of failure of the online bidding system or other technical failure, United Country USRG Auction Services reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction.
