To settle the estate of Martin J. Gannon, these items will be sold to the highest bidder by online-only auction. This auction consists of farm machinery, tools, motorcycles, vehicles, antiques, household items, and much more! Lot numbers from 10-60 are located at the farm approx. 20 miles southwest of Vivian and the remainder of the auction is located in town in Vivian. There will be loading assistance on Friday, Spetember 6th. Look through all pages of this auction, as there are so many different items--something for everyone!
Items are sold as is/where is. 8% buyer's premium is charged on top of all bid prices. 4.2% sales tax will be charged on all items, if applicable. Titled vehicles are not charged tax. 4.0% convenience fee is charged on all credit card transactions. Items are located in VIVIAN, South Dakota. LOCAL PICKUP ONLY! If you are picking your items up in person, you must do so during the designated pickup times unless prior arrangements are made. All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted. Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Auctioneers reserve the right to reject any bid at your sole discretion. Auctioneers reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
