Helen Yundt was a wonderful soul with a heart for anything golf. Spanky and Sons Auction LLC has been asked by the executors of her estate to liquidate the contents of her home. We have many beautiful furniture pieces and useable household items to offer on this auction. Please read thru the Terms & Conditions BEFORE bidding on anything on this auction. We will begin selling off the product at 5pm CST on Tuesday May 21st. Beyond that, if you have any questions please call 641-485-2712.
Terms for ONLINE auction bidders are simple...READ CAREFULLY & LOOK AT PICTURES. Contact us with questions. You are purchasing as is, where is. There is a 15% buyer's premium on all purchases. An additional 3% fee for credit card purchase. All invoices under a $1000 total will automatically ran on the credit card you are currently registered with. All other invoices totaling $1001 or greater will need to wire transfer the funds within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Buyer is responsible for their own product removal. Bring proper packing materials and boxes/totes and manpower to remove what you purchase. ALL product must be picked up on either Friday May 24th between the hours of 9am and 2pm CST or Saturday May 25th between the hours of 2pm and 6pm CST. If those times don't work you can call 641-472-2373 ask for Jessica and make arrangements for Tuesday May 28th between 9am and 4pm CST. We are not responsible for any shipping. If you do not remove in that time frame, the buyer forfeits their rights to the product and will NOT receive any refund. All announcements on day of sale take precedent over all written material. Auction will continue regardless of slow internet or computer malfunction.
