****READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BIDDING**** 1. This is an online only auction through a 3rd party platform that is not owned, managed or maintained by Home and Estate Sales. Bidders acknowledge that the service may experience issues on auction days that are outside of our control. In case of software problems or mistakes, we can extend, pause or cancel the auction at our discretion. 2. Bidders acknowledge that all items are sold "as-is" without warranties. By bidding, buyers accept the risk of not fully inspecting items. Buyer is responsible for inspection either through provided pictures or limited live viewings. Those bidding online understand they may not fully inspect items. It's their responsibility to assess condition, authenticity, and value. Buyer is fully responsible for their own due diligence with regards to age, brand and value. Home and Estate Sales does its best to thoroughly research and represent the items. While every effort has been made to accurately describe the items in this catalog, we cannot be held responsible for any errors in description or condition. If local to the Boise area, a buyer may make an appointment for in-person viewing by emailing support@homeandestatesales.com. 3. Home and Estate Sales reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items before and during the auction. 4. By bidding a buyer agrees to pay a 15% Buyer’s premium and by Idaho state law, 6% sales tax. 5. There is a 3% card processing fee for those using cards. 6. There are no returns or refunds. 7. Shipping is available for small items and is marked as such in the auction. Email us to let us know you want shipping. There is a $10 handling fee per box for shipped items. Should you want a larger item shipped you are responsible for arranging for said shipping and must get approval before bidding by emailing support@homeandestatesales.com . We will assist you by meeting the 3rd party shipping company of your choice. 8. The card you registered with will NOT be automatically charged. You will receive an invoice to pay in person during pick up times or online via card. 3% card processing fee applies. If you are requesting shipping you will receive a second invoice for shipping and handling fees. Items are not shipped until we receive your payment. If payment is not received within 5 days, your items will be considered abandoned and will be resold or donated. You will be blocked from future auctions. 9. Pick-up dates and times are published in each auction. You are responsible for being able to do your pickups during these times. Please bring your own boxes and wrapping materials to pick up your items. We do not provide boxes for local pickups. If you cannot make the pick up time, you must email support@homeandestatesales.com before bidding to make other arrangements. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and may be donated or resold. Refunds will not be issued. 10. We ship in-house. Depending on the number of items requesting shipping, it may take 7-14 business days to ship. We do our best to find the lowest price shipping and all items are carefully wrapped.

- All Items must be paid for on or before April 7th or considered abandoned. - We take cash and card. - All transactions are charged a 15% BP and card transactions require a 3% card processing fee. No checks. - Invoices may be paid online through Square or in person during checkout times. We do not charge the card on file. We will send you an invoice.

We do our best to mark items we will ship as such in the auction listings. If you have questions about if an item can be shipped email us at support@homeandestatesales.com. Item invoices will be billed first and must be paid by end of day April 7th. Shipping invoices will come separately. Be aware it can take 7-14 business days for shipping to leave our warehouse. Buyer is responsible for the handling fee and cost of shipping and shipping materials. Invoice must be paid before we will ship.
