We offer shipping and local pickup. Local Pickup is in Springfield Missouri - The address for pick up will be available on your paid invoice at the end of the auction. Pick up for this auction will be on Tuesday 2/13/2024 from 4pm to 6pm CST. We offer shipping through Rapid Ship Republic Missouri. If you need shipping you must advise us by 12 pm CST on Tuesday 2/13/2024 by emailing us at abestatesalesofmo@gmail.com. UPS Picks up our shipping items at noon CST on 2/13/2024. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs 2and fees. If you do not advise us of your need for shipping by the deadline you will be responsible for your own shipping. Please DO NOT come to pick up your items at any other time as we will not be able to assist you.
We will not be able to hold over any paid items for a future pick up. This home has a closing and new owners. No items will be held over. All items that are left after 6:01 pm on 2/13/2024 will be considered abandoned property and will be sent to donations and no refund will be given.
This home has stairs. There will be no one on site to help with lifting/loading. Please arrange for loading/unloading help. We do not deliver. AB Estate Sales of Missouri LLC and homeowners are not responsible for accidents at the site of the pick up location.
Other terms of the auction;
1. All items are sold as-is with no warranties expressed or implied by the auction company. We do our best to identify and detail our items clearly. Each item is sold as-is with no refunds. We reserve the right to update items or pull items/auctions for any reason.
2. REGISTERING AND/OR BIDDING AUTOMATICALLY CONFIRMS YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND ENTERS YOU INTO A LEGAL BIDDING CONTRACT WITH AB ESTATE SALES OF MISSOURI LLC.
3. We do not store your credit card information. Any changes you make after registering may not be updated. Please make sure your auction registration address matches the address on your debit/credit card.
4. If you do not pick up your items by 6pm on Tuesday 02/13/2024 you forfeit the items, you will not receive a refund, and will be charged the cost of the items and all fee’s. There are no returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final!
5. We offer shipping through Rapid Ship Republic MO. Furniture cannot be shipped.
6. Buyer authorizes AB Estate Sales of Missouri LLC to charge buyers Credit/Debit card for the buyers total purchase and fees.

$2.50 - $49.99= $2.50 Per Bid
$50.00 - $249.99 = $5.00 Per Bid
$250.00 - $549.99 = $10 Per Bid
$550.00- $999.99 = $20 Per Bid
$1,000.00- $1,499.99 =$30 Per Bid
$1,500.00- $5000.00 and up = $50 Per Bid
