Auction live bidding starts October 29th, first lot closes November 8th 10:00am..
1) PAYMENT: Invoices will be emailed following the completion of the auction. Once sale is over, if you won any items your card will be charged unless otherwise requested. Unless you have specifically indicated that you wish to pay in cash (PRIOR TO THE AUCTION START) your card WILL be CHARGED. Checks are only accepted IN PERSON, please make checks payable to our parent company (Searchlight Auction). Mailed checks will NOT be recognized. Everything will be paid for through HiBid by credit card, a 18% buyers premium and 3% credit card fee is applied to all purchases, plus any sales taxes that apply. If items are bid on and you did not read the terms and conditions and do not pick the items within a week of the closing of the sale, your item(s) will be RESOLD and the proceeds will be kept as storage fees.
2) PICKUP: Won Items can be picked up by appointment only at 1901 S 12th St (Merchants Square Mall) Allentown, rear of the building. You will receive a link to schedule your pickup via Shippingsaint.com, sign up for a time slot to pick up your won items or to have them shipped. Pick ups will be Thursday Nov 9th 12-4, Friday 10-3:30, and Saturday from 10-2 . If you require a different pick up time, additional costs may apply if we need to pull staff off another job to meet at this location for your convenience.
If you are picking up furniture, there is a loading dock available. BRING YOUR OWN LABOR! We cannot always help with loading furniture. (Furniture buyers are welcome to call 215-444-5353 for other pick up options.)
There is NO shipping if furniture unless you make the arrangements, we can recommend a shipper to you. When in doubt call before bidding! If items are bid on and you did not read the terms and conditions and do not pick the items within a week of the closing of the sale, your item(s) will be RESOLD and the proceeds will be kept as storage fees.
3) SHIPPING: Smaller items can be shipped for an additional handling fee, shipping is mostly done in house. Please select shipping from the Shippingsaint.com link to be put into the Queue. An additional handling fee will apply to pack and transport shipping items to our shipping facility. This charge is determined by the size of your purchase and can range from $5.00-25.00.
4) Items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. It the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and usefulness of the items purchased. We attempt to be accurate and describe all times to the best of our knowledge. Many times we rely on information from the consigner. Authenticity: Thought all descriptions are believed to be correct, neither auction house nor seller make any warranties of any kind with respect to any item in this auction. In no event shall auction house or seller be held responsible for implying any warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source origin, fitness for a particular purpose, condition, etc.
5) All sales are final! There are no returns or right of refusal! All bids will be considered a binding agreement by PA law. In case of technical difficulties, the auctioneer has the right to postpone and or extend auction to another date and or time.
