Pick up will be Sept. 14th & 15th from 11:00 am to 5:00pm. There are NO alternate pick up dates. Pick up will be held at 2400 Tom L. Wilson Blvd, Galesburg, IL 61401. Please pickup your items during the pickup times. NOTE- there is only ONE entry point, there may be a line. There will be a close, designated parking area. You will not be able to pull up/park for loading until all items are retrieved and ready for loading. Once items are loaded, you will need to pull back out to the parking area to secure your load. We will have a loader on hand for large items. ALL BUYERs are required to bring help to load their items. If you need help, bring help. All KKA personnel will be locating items for other buyers.

You are responsible for the loading and packing of ALL of your items. If you need totes, packing, boxes or HELP loading, you need to bring it with you.
There will be a skidsteer loader on site to assist with loading large items.
If your items are not picked up by 5:00pm, Sep 15th your card on file will be charged. NO exceptions. If your card is not able to be charged at this time, you will be blocked from bidding on all other auctions. If you do not pickup your items during the pickup time, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR ITEMS. We are only at the College during the listed pickup times. All items are as is, where is with no faults. All descriptions believed to be accurate, but not warrented. NO guarantees on ANY items. By placing a bid the bidder signifies that they agree to pay the bid price + BP. We reserve the right to reject any bids. There will be a 12% buyers premium on all items with a CAP of $200 per item. We accept cash, check, credit or debit card as forms of payment at pickup.
All charges on credit or debit cards carry a 4% transaction fee. We reserve the right to cancel and reopen bids due to system error or failures. Kyle Kelso Auctioneer P.O.
