-A 20% buyer's premium will be added to your purchase total. - Local sales tax will be collected. - A credit card is required for registration. Immediately following the close of the auction, the credit card you registered with will be charged for all purchases. - Full payment must be made at the closing of the auction. Methods of payment are MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Payment must be made by the registered bidder. - This auction will have a soft close. A soft close means the closing time of a lot will be extended by 1 minute if a bid is placed on that lot in the last minute. -There will be a staggered closing starting at the noted time. This means the first lot will close at the scheduled closing time and thereafter each lot closes sequentially every 5 seconds. NOTE: the bidding will close on intervals in conjunction with the lots closing. - All items are sold as is, where is, with no representation or warranty expressed or implied. All sales are final. No returns or refunds. - Any items not removed by the end of the last day shall revert back to the seller with NO REFUND.
