Wellsville Auction House or Owner reserves the right to refuse registration to anyone who has not fully honored bids at previous Auctions.. A 10% BUYERS PREMIUM will be charged on all purchases. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable items unless bidder has a valid exemption. Your Payment can be made with CASH, OR CHECK Buyers that renege on payment will lose their bidding privileges. While descriptions are believed to be accurate, information and quantities given by the Auction catalog, Auctioneer, owner, or other Auction personnel is offered only as a guide. Responsibility for proper nomenclature and identification of Auction merchandise is the responsibility of the bidder. All Auction items are sold “AS-IS”, “WHERE-IS”, “WITH ALL FAULTS and DEFECTS THEREIN.” There is no guarantee as to merchantability by Auctioneer or Owner. The auctioneer reserves the right to remove, or add to any Auction items on this list up until Auction time. Items not picked up in the pickup period will become the property of the auctioneer and will be disposed of at their discretion
