It is not locked up but will need a cleaning 11 HP 3.5GPM Gas Powered Hot/ Cold Pressure Washer MI-T-M Pressure Washer: 3,000 psi Hot, 11 hp HP, 3.5 gpm Pressure Washer Flow Rate All items are sold "AS IS WHERE IS" with no warranty expressed or implied. It is the bidder's responsibility to inspect items before placing a bid. No refunds or exchanges will be given. A 15% buyer's premium will be applied to all items. For example, if you bid $100.00, the total amount payable will be $115.00 ($100.00 + 15% BP). If paying with cash, a 3% buyer's premium discount will be applied. The total amount payable will be $111.55 ($100.00 + 12% BP). Lots stated as "Bid x" means that your bid will be multiplied per item.
