There is 15% buyer's premium added to all bidder purchases no discounts. Bid retractions or cancellations will not be accepted. All sales are final, and the highest bidder has no right of rescission and no refund or exchanges. When registering for the auction you hereby agree that there will be no refunds. You must bring help for furniture and larger pieces as well as packing supplies. We will not have staff available for moving heavy items or packing materials. All items must be picked up by the high bidder or arrangements made. Any item not picked up after pickup window becomes the property of Johnson Auction Service Inc. All items are sold 'as is' and 'where is' with no guarantees of any kind. Buyers are to rely upon their own inspection, judgement, and research to determine value and condition. Any description provided is done so as a service to interested buyers and does not imply any warranty. If a lot is pictured with items on it, you are purchasing the item described and not the contents unless stated otherwise. This applies to non-visual contents in furniture as well. Shipping: Bidders that need shipping must contact us by email after invoice is recieved and understand that there is a min $10.00 packing and handling charge plus the Fed Ex Or USPS charge.
