All purchases will be subject to an 6.75% North Carolina sales tax unless you are a N. Carolina resident and you possess a valid tax-exempt number, if you are an out of state buyer, you will have to pay NC sales tax unless you have a valid tax-exempt number. Lilly's must have a blanket exemption certificate with permit number and signature on any tax exempt sale. No Exceptions! 5. PAYMENT - Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards. Your credit card will be charged at the end of the auction. We reserve the right to re offer auctioned items, if for some reason, credit card has been decline.
