Please read the following terms and conditions before bidding to familiarize yourself with the auction process. *All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults".* There is a 10% buyers premium for all items on this auction. All descriptions are believed to be accurate, but are not warranted. Country Green Auction company attempts to inspect and accurately describe all items, but bidder due diligence is required. It is advised that you inspect items during dates & times available for preview.
By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. All lots sold at auction are final. If you are the winning bidder you must pay for them. Country Green Auctioneers reserves the right to reject any and all bids at any point or to reopen bidding on any lot due to system failures or disputes.
Once the auction has ended bidders are responsible for the items.
Pickup for this auction is May 27th between the hours of 11AM to 5pm. If you are not able to pick up at the designated times you must make other arrangements by contacting the auction company.
Country Green Auction Company is offering shipping on this auction. If winning bidders fail to pick up after one week and have not made contact with the auction company the property will be forfeited and merchandise will be disposed of in a manner deemed best by Country Green Auction Company.
Pennsylvania Sales Tax will be added to the final amounts. If you are a tax exempt you must contact Country Green Auctions prior to checkout and provide appropriate documentation.
Once the auction is completed an invoice will be issued to all winning bidders. Payment can be made at pick up in the form of cash or a check (for checks must be a Pennsylvania residence). Additionally, we accept credit card payments.
