If you wish to preview any items, send a request to svauction@live.com, or call 215-444-5353. We will contact you to set up an appointment 2) Auction goes live on April 20th and closes Tuesday May 2nd at 6:00pm 3) Once sale is over, if you won an item/s your card will be charged unless otherwise requested. Invoices will be sent following the auction and unless you have specifically indicated that you wish to pay in cash your card WILL be CHARGED. Checks are only accepted IN PERSON, please make checks payable to our parent company (Searchlight Auction). Mailed checks will NOT be recognized. Sales Tax is applied to PA Residents only per state law and regulations as well as credit card processing fee. 4) Won Items can be picked up by appointment only at our NEW LOCATION 1801 Union Blvd. (Large items need to be picked up at the loading dock at the rear of the builing on E Tremont St, go north on Sherman and a left on E Tremont). You will receive a link to schedule your pickup via Shippingsaint.com, sign up for a time slot to pick up your won items or to have them shipped. 5) Smaller items can be shipped for additional fees. Shipping is mostly done in house after pickups are completed, or we can recommend a shipper to you. When in doubt call before bidding! 6) If you are buying furniture, it is important that you BRING YOUR OWN LABOR TO LOAD THE ITEMS. WE WILL NOT MOVE THEM FOR YOU. All furniture will be available on the loading dock off of East Tremont St. Smaller items can picked up at the front of the building. There is NO shipping of furniture unless you make the arrangements, or we can recommend a shipper to you. 7) All items are sold AS IS. All items must be picked up within the scheduled days unless other arrangements are made (call 215-444-5353 for alternative arrangements), When in doubt call before bidding! If items are bid on and you did not read the terms and conditions and do not pick the items within a week of the closing of the sale, your item(s) may be RESOLD and the proceeds will be kept as storage fees. Everything will be paid for through HiBid by credit card, a 15% buyers premium and a 3% credit card processing fee is applied to all purchases. Invoices will be emailed following the completion of the auction. 8) All sales are final! There are no returns or right of refusal! All bids will be considered a binding agreement by PA law. In case of technical difficulties, the auctioneer has the right to postpone and or extend auction to another date and or time. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
