All animals must be checked in by 11 am CST April 29th to satisfy vet inspection per MO. Dept. of Agricultral. NO ANIMALS WILL BE LOADED OUT TO NEW OWNER UNTIL AFTER 1PM APRIL 29TH.

Description
NEMO SMALL ANIMAL & BIRD AUCTIONS APRIL ONLINE SALE April 20th the online auction will begin at 6am and will begin to close at 7pm April 23rd with a soft close. Soft close allows 2 minutes to be added to the bidding clock each time a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes. REMINDER: All animals will need to be dropped off between April 28th 3pm-7pm and April 29th 7am-11am for our vet inspection to satisfy MO Dept. of Agricultral rules. Pick up of all winning lots will be April 29th from 1pm-7pm. NO ANIMAL CONSIGNMENTS WILL BE RELEASED TO THE NEW OWNER UNTIL AFTER 1PM THIS GIVES THE VET TIME TO COMPLETE HIS INSPECTION AND PAPERWORK. ANY WINNING BIDDER NOT PICKING UP ANIMALS BY 7PM APRIL 29TH WILL HAVE A FEE OF $20 A DAY ADDED TO THE INVOICE.
PAYMENTS: Winning bidders will be invoiced after the auction closes, the winning bidders card on file will be charged the winning bid price and the buyers premium at the close of the auction. Please make sure the funds are avaiable and card limit is avaialble for your bid totals. If you need the option of a wire transfer notify us immediately and instructions will be sent to your email on file, there is a $20 fee for all wire transfers. Due to MO Dept. of AG rules EVERY Animal that sells will have to come to NEMO Fairgrounds for our licensed vet to inspect. All lots will be available for pick up in Kirksville, MO.after 1pm April 29th. ALL CONSIGNMENTS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE NEMO FAIRGROUNDS IN KIRKSVILLE,MO. YOU MUST PICK UP ON APRIL 29TH From 1PM-7PM. It is Bidders responsibility to know your state and local laws regarding ownership of each animal. If you require health certificates for your state you must notify us at close of auction and one will be provide at additional cost. By registering for this auction and participating in any auction your are agreeing to be legally bound by our terms and conditions and bid card terms & conditions and continued use of this site constitutes your agreement with all conditions and details of this auction. There will be no chargebacks or disputes of your winning bid purchases. All guarantees of description on each lot is between the buyer and the seller and the auction company is not liable for any representation or guarantee made by the seller. We Accept Card payment (4% convience fee apllies) or Wire Transfer ($20 bank charge) in USD only for the online auction. Wire Transfer Payments must be submitted and approved within 24 hours of close of auction . All online Cards will be charged at the close of the sale and no later that 24hours of sale close. REMINDER: YOU MUST NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY AT CLOSE OF THE AUCTION IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR CARD CHARGED AND WANT TO MAKE WIRE TRANSFER ARRANGMENTS.
