* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they are bidding regardless of item condition.
* 12% Buyer's premium rate charged to all winning bids of personal property.
* SALES TAX will NOT be charged FOR THIS AUCTION except on titled vehicles
* 3% user fee will be charged for Visa/MC/Discover/AE credit card transactions.
* We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction bidding.
* ITEMS NOT PICKED UP in the scheduled pick up time are FORFEITED & subject to resale without notice for STORAGE FEES. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
* Graber Auctions may reserve the right to reject any bid at it's sole discretion.
BIDDING ENDS: Monday, May 1, 2023 with first lot scheduled to close at 7:00pm ET.
PICK UP IS SCHEDULED FOR: Thursday, May 4, from 10:00am - 6:00pm ET by Appointment
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO ALL PICK-UP DATES AND LOCATIONS.
If you (or someone for you) are unable to make that date or time, do not bid!
If after you have exhausted ALL options to make the scheduled pickup, and are unable to, we will bring only select items back to our office for a MINIMUM FEE of $25. This fee may increase depending on location, and difficulty.
PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL YOUR ITEMS ARE ACCOUNTED FOR BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PICK-UP SITE. ....Any items left behind will be considered abandoned and buyer will be charged.
**SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE for SMALL items only, with United Packing and Shipping, (812) 886-9499.
(Hazardous items cannot be shipped such as liquids, perfumes, ammo, chemicals, radioactive materials, compressed gases, dry ice, liquid nitrogen, lithium batteries and more).
**NOTE TO CUSTOMERS NEEDING SHIPPING: Please reply to an email if you need shipping. We use United Packing and Shipping in Vincennes, IN and will drop your items at their facility. We charge a fee of $2. per lot for handling. United Packing and Shipping will contact you via email. Please watch for an email from info@upsvincennes.com to pay the shipping cost and make the arrangements.
PLEASE DO NOT WAIT until lots are ending before REGISTERING and making an account. You will need to receive a verification email and add a credit card prior to bidding. Please keep this in mind when viewing the auction. If you wait until the lots are close to ending you may miss your bids and there is nothing we will be able to do. We will be available to help with account creation throughout the week, so please take the time to do this early in the event you do need help.
TERMS: A Valid Credit Card is required for bidding approval; you will receive an email (morning after the auction) with an invoice showing your purchases and the total price. Your credit card on file with HiBid will be charged automatically for the invoice total. If you do not wish to have your credit card charged for your purchase(s), please contact our office before the auction closes (812) 254-2220 to make other arrangements for payment. Otherwise, the credit card associated with your account will be automatically charged for the full price of your purchases.

Bidders are solely responsible for packing, loading, and moving all items purchased. We do NOT supply any tools, boxes or packing materials. The winning bidder on large items needs to bring help and equipment to load the item(s)
Winning Bids: If you place a bid in this sale, and your bid is determined to be the winning bid, you become obligated to pay for the item that you have won at the price you gave as your bid plus any fees.
Deposit: In order for the Auctioneer to process your winning bid, we must have a working Visa, MasterCard or Discover associated with your account.
Photographs and Descriptions: The Auctioneer regularly posts item descriptions and photographs to aid bidders in the bidding process, and we make every effort to ensure that the descriptions and photographs that we post accurately represent the items being offered for sale. In some photographs, multiple items may appear to be joined as a single unit, however you should not assume that a lot consists of more than one item simply because various items appear connected or are featured in the same photograph. Also understand that, on occasion, the wrong photograph may be displayed for a given item. At all times, you are bidding on items as they are described on this website, not as they appear in any photograph.

When You Have Been Outbid: If you are outbid during the course of this auction, you will be notified by email. You can review your bids at any time using the Auctioneer’s “Review Bids” feature; items on which you have been outbid will be clearly marked.
Changes in Circumstance: All aspects of this auction are subject to change without notice. The Auctioneer reserves the right to – at any time – (1) add or remove items from the auction, (2) split or combine lots.
