We do our best to provide as much information as possible, but occasionally, our system gets it wrong. Carefully review the photos we’ve taken of the item. While most of our products are entirely functional & in near new condition, the items are previously purchased customer returns, meaning some may be incomplete, worn, and/or limited in functionality. We perform only a cursory visual inspection. Due to the nature of our auctions, NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, AND NO EXCHANGES will be offered. Please be sure to also review the photos we take of each lot on-site. As soon as the auction is sorted, you will receive an email to create an appointment to pick up all won items Monday-Friday between 12pm to 5pm. We do not offer Saturday pick up at this time.
