Take possession of your firearm Non-LTC Texas Residents 1. Bid & pay for your firearm(s) 2. Satisfactorily complete Fed Form 4473 with your valid Texas Driver's License 3. Pass the required NICS Background check If you have reason to believe you will NOT pass a NICS Background Check, DO NOT BID. *If you win the bid and pay for a firearm(s) and are then DENIED clearance from the NICS system, we will refund the purchase price LESS A NON-REFUNDABLE 15% RE-SALE FEE of the hammer price.
